Scheduled jobs with cron
Define pull schedules using cron expressions. Business days at 6 AM, the 1st of each month, or any custom cadence. Jobs run unattended and feed directly into the import pipeline with full column mapping and validation.
Retry with exponential backoff
When a pull fails (network timeout, auth error, missing file), Arvexi retries at 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes. After three attempts, the job is marked failed and your team is notified. No silent failures.
Connection validation
Test every connection before you save it
One-click Test Connection verifies hostname resolution, port reachability, credential authentication, directory listing, and file access. All before the connection is saved. If any step fails, the system tells you exactly which check failed and suggests a fix. No more guessing why the import didn't run.
Security & audit
AES-256 encrypted credentials with full run history
Credentials are encrypted at rest with per-tenant AES-256 keys. SSH key-pair authentication is supported as an alternative to passwords.
